Customer Concentration

Accel operates a distributed-gaming model across thousands of licensed non-casino establishments, so no single location partner represents a material share of revenue. The Company's disclosed concentration is geographic: operations are centralized primarily in Illinois, Montana and Nevada, and the Company has high concentrations of locations within certain municipalities in Illinois. Favorable or unfavorable changes to gaming regulations in these states, or changes to gaming laws in those Illinois municipalities, could affect the Company's results of operations.
