Kathleen Philips has served as an Accel director since 2017 and chairs the Compensation Committee. She held numerous leadership roles at Zillow Group, Inc., including chief legal officer (2014-2018), chief financial officer and treasurer (2015-2018), chief operating officer (2013-2015) and general counsel (2010-2014), and has been retired since August 2020. She earlier served as general counsel at FanSnap, Pure Digital Technologies, StubHub and Hotwire, and was an attorney at Cooley Godward LLP and Stoel Rives LLP. She served as a director of Nerdy, Inc. (2020-2024) and Apptio (2017-2019). She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
