Cheryl Kondra has served as an Accel director since April 2025 and chairs the Audit Committee. Since June 2020 she has served as Vice President of Internal Audit at Tractor Supply Company. She previously held gaming-industry roles including VP of Internal Audit at Genting Americas (2019-2020), VP of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer at Pinnacle Entertainment (2014-2018), and Chief Audit Executive at Caesars Entertainment (2007-2014), following various roles with Harrah's and Caesars since 1997. She has served as a director and Audit Committee Chair of Galaxy Gaming, Inc. since December 2021. She holds a Master of Accountancy and an undergraduate degree in Accounting and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
