Karen Dearing was appointed to the board in December 2020 and chairs the Audit Committee. She served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Sun Communities, Inc. from 2008 to April 2022.

Linglong He was appointed to the board effective January 1, 2024. She retired from her executive roles at Rocket Companies, Inc. in December 2025 and has over 25 years of experience in technology and leadership.

Michael Hollman was appointed to the board in August 2020. He serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Strategic Finance at Hilton, a position he has held since 2020.

Michael Judlowe has been a director since September 2021. He most recently served as Chairman of Jefferies' US Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking practice.

Gregory Lehmkuhl has been a director since July 2018 and has served as Lead Independent Director since December 2020. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lineage Logistics.

Ambassador John Rakolta, Jr. (Ret.) was reappointed to the board in February 2021, having previously served as a director from August 2011 until 2019. He is Chairman of Walbridge and formerly served as United States Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.

Jerome Rossi has been a director since January 2015. He is Chief Executive Officer of R&R Consulting and formerly served as Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of The TJX Companies.

Richard Agree is the founder of Agree Realty and has served as Executive Chairman of the Board since January 2013, after serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from December 1993. He is the father of Chief Executive Officer Joel Agree and has overseen the development of more than eight million square feet of retail real estate over roughly five decades.

Joel Agree has served as President and a director since June 2009 and as Chief Executive Officer since January 2013. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, and is the son of Executive Chairman Richard Agree.

Peter Coughenour has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary since December 2021, having served as Interim CFO from August 2021. He joined Agree Realty in 2015 and held various finance roles, including Vice President, Corporate Finance, before his appointment.

Nicole Witteveen joined Agree Realty in April 2019 and has served as Chief Operating Officer since September 2023. She previously served as Executive Vice President, People & Culture and Chief of Staff, and oversees the Company's Asset Management, Information Technology, and People & Culture departments.

Craig Erlich has served as Chief Growth Officer since September 2023, having previously served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer. He was a member of Agree Realty's board from July 2018 to August 2020 before joining management.

Danielle Spehar joined Agree Realty in 2016 as Vice President of Transactions and was promoted to General Counsel in February 2019. She leads the Company's Due Diligence and Legal teams and manages its legal affairs.
