Linglong He was appointed to the Agree Realty board effective January 1, 2024. She has over 25 years of experience in technology and leadership and retired from her executive roles at Rocket Companies, Inc. (NYSE: RKT) in December 2025.
Prior to her retirement she served as Chief Leadership Advisor and Interim Chief Data Officer of Rocket Companies. She was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Rocket Central from March 2020 to February 2022 and Chief Information Officer of Rocket Mortgage from June 2010 to March 2020.
She earned a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Wuhan University, and holds an undergraduate degree from Hohai University.
