Michael Judlowe has served as a director of Agree Realty since September 2021. He most recently served as Chairman of Jefferies' (NYSE: JEF) US Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking practice from June 2019 to March 2021.
He previously served as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets Americas at Jefferies from 2013 to 2019 and joined the firm as a Managing Director in 2010 to establish its Real Estate Equity Capital Markets practice. Before Jefferies he spent 10 years in Equity Capital Markets at Citigroup, and over his career has led numerous equity transactions and IPOs, including National Storage Affiliates Trust, QTS Realty Trust, AmREIT and ClubCorp Holdings.
He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from NYU's Stern School of Business.
