Craig Erlich has served as Chief Growth Officer of Agree Realty since September 2023. He previously served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer from February 2021 to September 2023 and as Chief Investment Officer from August 2020 to February 2021.

He was a member of the Company's board of directors from July 2018 to August 2020 before joining management. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the George P. Johnson Company, a global experiential marketing firm, from 2015, and was the owner, President and CEO of pulse220, a boutique meetings and events firm he sold to George P. Johnson in 2015, and previously President of QMS.

He is a two-time nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
