Jerome Rossi has served as a director of Agree Realty since January 2015. He is Chief Executive Officer of R&R Consulting and previously served as Chairman of Gabe's Stores, a private fashion discount retailer.
He was Senior Executive Vice President and Group President of The TJX Companies from 2005 until January 2015. Earlier he served as Chief Operating Officer of HomeGoods (2000-2005), Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Marmaxx Group (1995-2000), and President and Chief Executive Officer of Marshalls (1990-1995). He began his career in 1967 as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young & Co.
He brings extensive senior-executive experience and deep knowledge of retail real estate and retail operations.
