Michael Hollman was appointed to the Agree Realty board in August 2020. He serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Head of Strategic Finance at Hilton, overseeing the Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy and Global Treasury teams, a role he has held since 2020.
He previously served as Hilton's Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Hilton he worked in investment banking, most recently as a Director in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Citigroup from 2013 to 2017 and in similar roles at UBS Investment Bank from 2004 to 2013.
He received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
