Qin Liu was appointed a Director of Agora in December 2014 and provides professional advice and guidance to the Board. He co-founded venture capital firm 5Y Capital (formerly Morningside Venture Capital) in 2007 and serves on the boards of several major technology companies, including as a non-executive director of Xiaomi Corporation and of XPeng Inc., and previously as a director of JOYY Inc. and Xunlei Limited.

Eric He was appointed an independent Director of Agora in June 2020, providing independent oversight and guidance to the Board. A Chartered Financial Analyst and AICPA member, he has served as chief financial officer of Giant Interactive Group and of JOYY Inc., and sits as an independent director of 51job, Inc. and Bilibili Inc.

Steve Zhang was appointed an independent Director of Agora in December 2022, providing independent oversight and guidance to the Board. He previously served as president and chief executive officer of AsiaInfo Technologies and as chief executive officer of data-center operator VNET (21Vianet) Group, and holds a doctorate in information science from the University of Pisa.

Bin (Tony) Zhao founded Agora in November 2013 and has served as its executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since then, with primary responsibility for the company's overall strategy, business development, operations and management. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the software and cloud-services industry, including as a senior engineer at WebEx Communications, founder of peer-to-peer video streaming company NeoTasks, and chief technology officer of JOYY Inc. (formerly YY Inc.).

Hua (Tony) Wang has served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Agora Division since May 2022 and was appointed an executive Director in August 2025, leading go-to-market strategy, business development and operations for the Agora division. He previously served as chief technology officer of marketing-SaaS company Blueglass Inc. and of technical consultancy InfiniteNine, and holds degrees from Purdue University and the University of Southern California.

Jingbo Wang has served as Agora's Chief Financial Officer since January 2020 and was appointed an executive Director in August 2025, overseeing financial management, investment, financing, investor relations, legal affairs and compliance. He was previously CFO of Nasdaq-listed Qutoutiao Inc. and Yintech Investment Holdings, worked at Deutsche Bank, and holds a PhD in management studies from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.

Bin (Robbin) Liu joined Agora in June 2020 and has served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Shengwang Division since May 2023. He previously held several senior positions at ChinaCache from 2012 to 2019, including Vice President of New Products Development and acting Chief Executive Officer, and earlier worked at Ericsson China as a Senior Solution Manager.
