Jingbo Wang has served as Agora's Chief Financial Officer since January 2020 and was appointed an executive Director in August 2025. He is primarily responsible for financial management, investment, financing, investor relations, legal affairs and compliance.

Mr. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University in the PRC with a bachelor's degree in engineering in 2003, earned a master's degree in computer science from the University of Hong Kong in 2005, and was awarded a PhD in management studies from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2010.
