Qin Liu was appointed a Director of Agora in December 2014 and is primarily responsible for providing professional advice, opinion and guidance to the Board.
Mr. Liu received a bachelor's degree in industrial electrical automation from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in the PRC in July 1993 and a master's degree in business administration from the China Europe International Business School in April 2000.
