Eric He was appointed an independent Director of Agora in June 2020 and is primarily responsible for supervising and providing independent advice, opinion and guidance to the Board.
Mr. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from National Taipei University in Taiwan in June 1983 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in May 1986. He was accredited as a Chartered Financial Analyst and became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1991.
