Steve Zhang was appointed an independent Director of Agora in December 2022 and is primarily responsible for supervising and providing independent advice, opinion and guidance to the Board.
Mr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in science from Tsinghua University in the PRC in June 1984, a master's degree in computer science from Rice University in the United States, and a doctorate degree in information science from the University of Pisa in Italy.
