Charles Bell has served on Twilio's board since March 2023 and sits on the Audit Committee. Since February 2026 he has been Executive Vice President, Engineer at Microsoft, which he joined in 2021, and previously spent 1998 to 2021 at Amazon in senior roles including Senior Vice President of Utility Computing responsible for Amazon Web Services.

Jeffrey Immelt has served on Twilio's board since June 2019 and chairs the Compensation and Talent Management Committee. A venture partner at New Enterprise Associates since 2018, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric from 2001 to 2017.

Douglas Robinson joined Twilio's board in March 2026 and serves on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee. He spent 2010 to 2025 at Workday in several roles, including Co-President from 2021 to 2025, and earlier held sales roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Erika Rottenberg has served on Twilio's board since June 2016 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She was Vice President and General Counsel of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and previously Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at LinkedIn from 2008 to 2014.

Donna Dubinsky has served on Twilio's board since December 2018 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. She co-founded Numenta, where she was CEO from 2005 to 2022, and earlier co-founded Handspring and led Palm Computing as President and CEO.

Jeff Epstein has served on Twilio's board since July 2017, serves as independent board chair, and chairs the Audit Committee. An Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners since 2011, he was previously Chief Financial Officer of Oracle and DoubleClick.

Deval Patrick has served on Twilio's board since January 2021 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He is a Senior Partner at The Vistria Group, previously advised Bain Capital, and served as Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2015.

Andrew Stafman has served on Twilio's board since March 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. He has been a partner at Sachem Head Capital Management since 2013 and previously worked as an Associate at Silver Lake Partners.

Miyuki Suzuki has served on Twilio's board since August 2022 and serves on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee. She held senior executive roles at Cisco Systems from 2015 to 2021, including President, Asia Pacific, Japan and China, and was previously CEO of Jetstar Japan.

Khozema Shipchandler has served as Twilio's Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors since January 2024. He previously served as President, Twilio Communications from March 2023 to January 2024, as Chief Operating Officer from 2021 to 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2021, and earlier spent nearly two decades in executive roles at General Electric, including as CFO of GE Digital.

Aidan Viggiano has served as Twilio's Chief Financial Officer since March 2023, having previously been the company's Senior Vice President of Finance from 2021 to 2023 and Vice President of Corporate Finance from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Twilio she spent 2003 to 2019 in a variety of finance leadership positions at General Electric, most recently in Investor Relations and as Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer.
