Jeffrey Immelt has served as a member of Twilio's board of directors since June 2019 and chairs the Compensation and Talent Management Committee. He has been a venture partner at New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm, since 2018.
From 2001 to 2017, Mr. Immelt served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Electric, and held several global leadership roles at the company from 1982 to 2000. He holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
