Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. Leadership

D. Scott Barbour has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Drainage Systems and as a member of the Board since 2017. Prior to joining the Company, from 1989 to 2016 he held a variety of roles across several business units of Emerson Electric Co., including President and CEO of its Network Power business, and he began his career as a product engineer at Colt Industries. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and an M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, and has served on the board of Allison Transmission Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) since 2022.

Robert M. Eversole has served as a director since 2008 and is the Company's Board Chair and lead independent director, having been elected Board Chair in 2022. He is a Managing Partner of Stonehenge Partners, Inc., a private equity firm, a role he has held since 2007, and previously spent 1984 to 2007 at Fifth Third Bank, most recently as President and CEO of Fifth Third Bank, Central Ohio. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University.

Anesa T. Chaibi has served as an independent director since 2020 and chairs the Compensation & Management Development Committee. She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Global Industrial Company and has previously led CoolSys, Inc. and HD Supply Facilities Maintenance and served in senior roles at Coalesce Capital, Warburg Pincus, Optimas OE Solutions and General Electric. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Michael B. Coleman has served as an independent director since 2018 and chairs the Sustainability Committee. He was a Partner at the law firm Ice Miller from 2016 until his retirement in March 2026, and from 2000 to 2015 served as Mayor of Columbus, Ohio, the first African-American mayor and the longest-serving mayor in the city's history. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Alexander R. Fischer has served as an independent director since 2014 and chairs the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. He is the founder of Alex R. Fischer and Company and a Partner with The New Albany Company, and previously served as President and CEO of the Columbus Partnership from 2009 to 2021 and in multiple roles at Battelle Memorial Institute. He holds a B.S. in Economics and Public Administration and an M.S. in Urban Planning and Economic Development, both from the University of Tennessee, and currently serves on the board of CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW).

Tanya D. Fratto has served as an independent director since 2013. She was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Innovations, Inc. from 2000 to 2011, and earlier held a variety of roles across business units of General Electric from 1983 to 2000, including division CEO. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama and has previously served on the boards of Ashtead Group Plc, Smiths Group Plc and Mondi Group Plc.

Kelly S. Gast has served as an independent director since 2022. She retired on December 31, 2023 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bayer Crop Science, a division of Bayer AG, a role she had held since 2021, and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Bayer US and as Vice President of Commercial Finance for Monsanto Company. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and is a certified public accountant.

Manuel Perez de la Mesa has served as an independent director since 2019 and chairs the Audit Committee. He was formerly President and CEO of Pool Corporation from 2001 to 2018 and its President and COO from 1999 to 2001, and remains a director and Vice Chairman of Pool Corporation (NASDAQ: POOL). He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from St. John's University (NY), and was licensed as a CPA and a Certified Management Accountant.

Anil Seetharam has served as an independent director since 2021. He is a Managing Director of Berkshire Partners and a senior member of the investment team of Stockbridge, the firm's public equity business unit, which he joined in 2007 following roles at Reservoir Capital, Berkshire Partners Private Equity and McKinsey & Co. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott A. Cottrill joined Advanced Drainage Systems in November 2015 and serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, overseeing the finance, business development and information technology functions. He previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Jeld-Wen, Inc. and held finance and accounting roles at Goodrich Corporation from 1998 to 2012, including Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Kevin C. Talley joined Advanced Drainage Systems in October 2011 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since August 2016, overseeing human resources, legal, office services and aviation functions. He joined the Company as Vice President, Human Resources after spending seventeen years at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in human resources leadership roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in Employment Relations and Organizational Behavior from Miami University.

Craig J. Taylor joined Advanced Drainage Systems in February 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President, Infiltrator Water Technologies, having been appointed to the executive role in 2023 succeeding Roy E. Moore, Jr. He previously served as Vice President of Finance of Infiltrator Water Technologies and spent sixteen years at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and five years at United Technologies in finance positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Bryant University and a master's degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Thomas J. Waun, Sr. joined Advanced Drainage Systems in June 2020 and served as Executive Vice President, Engineering and International from June 2022 to May 2026, having previously been Senior Vice President, International; he departed the Company on May 28, 2026. He came to the Company with over 30 years of management experience, including roles as Vice President and General Manager, Consulting and President, Power Management at Emerson Electric Corporation, and earlier leadership positions at IBM Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Patrick M. Coyle joined Advanced Drainage Systems in November 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience transforming end-to-end supply chain solutions. From 2009 to 2018 he worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in leadership roles across the Americas and Global Supply Chain, and earlier worked at DHL Supply Chain and Worthington Industries. He holds a Bachelor of Finance from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University and is a graduate of the Senior Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.

Bret Martz joined Advanced Drainage Systems in March 2025 and serves as Executive Vice President, Sales, with over 22 years of sales experience. Before joining the Company he was Group Vice President of Sales Planning and Programming at Trex and held other sales and leadership roles there, including Vice President of Sales Planning and Programming. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.

Brian W. King joined Advanced Drainage Systems in September 2020 and serves as Executive Vice President, Product Management and Marketing, with over 25 years of product management and marketing experience across consumer and commercial businesses. From 2013 to 2020 he worked at Owens Corning as Vice President, Strategic Marketing and Director of Strategic Marketing, and earlier held leadership positions at The Stanley Works, Elmer's Products Inc. and Avery Dennison Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
