Bret Martz joined Advanced Drainage Systems in March 2025 and serves as Executive Vice President, Sales, bringing over 22 years of sales experience.
Prior to joining the Company he served as Group Vice President of Sales Planning and Programming at Trex since 2023, and held other sales and leadership roles at Trex, including Vice President of Sales Planning and Programming from 2021 to 2023 and Director of Sales Planning and Programming before that.
Mr. Martz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
