Kelly S. Gast has served as an independent director since 2022.
She retired on December 31, 2023 from her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bayer Crop Science, a division of Bayer AG, a position she had held since 2021 as a member of the Crop Science Executive Leadership Team. From 2018 to 2021 she served as Chief Financial Officer for Bayer US, and from 2011 to 2018 as Vice President of Commercial Finance for Monsanto Company, having held roles of increasing responsibility at Monsanto beginning in 1995.
Ms. Gast holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and received a certified public accountant certificate.
