Tanya D. Fratto has served as an independent director since 2013.
She was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Innovations, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial diamonds and cubic boron nitride, from 2000 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1983 to 2000 she held a variety of roles across business units of General Electric, including division CEO, product management, operations, and supply chain management.
Ms. Fratto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama.
