Sherianne James was appointed to the Board in October 2018. Since January 2025 she has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Heartland Dental, after serving as CMO of Essilor of America. She chairs the NCG Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee.

Leslie L. Campbell was appointed to the Board in April 2021. Since 2015 he has been owner and CEO of Campbell & Associates LLC, a product development and engineering company. He is a member of the Audit Committee.

Joan Chow was appointed to the Board in April 2021. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of the Greater Chicago Food Depository and as EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at ConAgra Foods, Inc. She is a member of the Audit Committee.

Hugh R. Rovit was appointed to the Board in July 2018, having served as a director of predecessor SPB Legacy from June 2010 and of SBI from August 2009. He is currently CEO of Pegasus Home Fashions and serves on the Audit Committee and NCG Committee.

Gautam Patel was appointed to the Board in October 2020. He has served as Managing Director of Tarsadia Investments, a private investment firm, since 2012. He chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee.

Terry L. Polistina was appointed to the Board in July 2018 and has served as Lead Independent Director since then, having previously been a director of SPB Legacy from June 2010 and of SBI from August 2009. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the NCG Committee.

David M. Maura was appointed Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Brands Holdings in July 2018, having previously served as Executive Chairman (from January 2016) and CEO (from April 2018) of predecessor SPB Legacy. He was a Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Investments at HRG Group from October 2011 until November 2016 and a Vice President and Director of Investments at Harbinger Capital Partners LLC from 2006 to 2012. He also serves as Chairman of the Board.

Faisal Qadir was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on September 3, 2025. He had been with the Company since 2012, serving as Vice President of Strategic Finance and Enterprise Reporting, Vice President of Investor Relations, CFO of the Global Pet Care business and CFO of the Home and Personal Care business. He is Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer.

Jeremy W. Smeltser was appointed Executive Vice President on October 1, 2019 and Chief Financial Officer on November 17, 2019. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SPX Flow, Inc. The Company entered into a separation agreement with him on September 3, 2025; he continues as a full-time employee until December 31, 2025.

Ehsan Zargar was appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary on October 1, 2018, responsible for the Company's legal, ESG, health and safety, insurance and real estate functions and a leading role in M&A and capital markets activities. He previously held senior positions with HRG Group from June 2011 until July 2018.

Daniel L. Karpel was appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer on March 17, 2020. He resigned effective August 9, 2022 to pursue another opportunity, after which CFO Jeremy W. Smeltser assumed the Chief Accounting Officer responsibilities. He most recently served as EVP and CFO of Save-A-Lot before joining the Company.
