Faisal Qadir was appointed the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 3, 2025, and is designated Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to the appointment, he served as the Company's Vice President of Strategic Finance and Enterprise Reporting and had been with the Company since 2012.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the Institute of Business Administration in Karachi and his MBA from Notre Dame.
