Greif, Inc Leadership

Ole G. Rosgaard has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Greif since February 2022 and has been a director since 2022. He joined the Company in 2015 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and as Senior Vice President and Group President of Global Industrial Packaging.

Bruce A. Edwards has been an independent director of Greif since 2006 and serves as Chairman of the Board and chair of the Stock Repurchase Committee. He served on the Executive Management Board of Deutsche Post DHL until his retirement in 2015, with responsibility for its supply chain operating unit.

Mark A. Emkes has been an independent director of Greif since 2008 and chairs the Compensation Committee while also serving on the Nominating Committee. He was Chairman and CEO of Bridgestone Americas and later served as Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee.

Jillian C. Evanko has been an independent director of Greif since 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. She is President and CEO of Duravant LLC and previously served as President and CEO of Chart Industries, Inc.

John W. McNamara has been an independent director of Greif since 2009 and chairs the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee while serving on the Compensation Committee. He was President and Owner of Corporate Visions Limited, LLC, an aviation management education and training company.

Frank C. Miller has been an independent director of Greif since 2023 and serves on the Nominating, Compensation, and Stock Repurchase Committees. He is a partner at the law firm Baker & Hostetler LLP and previously served as Senior Counsel at Kaiser Permanente.

Karen A. Morrison has served as a Greif director since 2022 (independent since 2023) and serves on the Audit Committee. She is President of the OhioHealth Foundation and Senior Vice President of External Affairs at OhioHealth.

Robert M. Patterson has been an independent director of Greif since 2020, chairs the Audit Committee, serves on the Stock Repurchase Committee, and is designated an Audit Committee Financial Expert. He served as President and CEO of Avient Corporation from 2014 to 2023 and as its Chairman from 2016.

B. Andrew Rose has been an independent director of Greif since 2024 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He served as President and CEO of Worthington Enterprises, Inc. (and predecessor Worthington Industries) until his retirement in October 2024.

Kimberly T. Scott has been an independent director of Greif since 2022 and serves on the Compensation and Nominating Committees. She served as President and CEO of Vestis Corporation and now operates KDT Strategic Advisors, LLC, advising private equity companies.

Lawrence A. Hilsheimer has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Greif since joining the Company in May 2014. He was previously CFO of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and held senior roles at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Deloitte & Touche USA, LLP.

Bala V. Sathyanarayanan has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Greif since July 2021, having joined as Senior Vice President and CHRO in 2018. He previously held human resources leadership roles at Xerox Corporation and Hewlett-Packard Inc.

Gaylord A. Benner has served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Business Unit General Manager for Sustainable Fiber Solutions since November 2025. He joined Greif in 2002 and has held various senior leadership roles across Rigid Industrial Packaging, Flexible Products and Services, and Global Supply Chain and Logistics.

Timothy L. Bergwall has served as Chief Commercial Officer of Greif since November 2024 and as a Senior Vice President since February 2019. He previously served as Group President, Paper Packaging & Services and President of Soterra LLC.

Vivian E. Bouet has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer of Greif since December 2024, having joined the Company in December 2022. She was previously Chief Information Officer at CPS Energy and held technology leadership roles at Walgreens and Anthem, Inc.

L. Dennis Hoffman has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Greif since October 2025. He joined the Company in 2010 and previously served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, after roles as a partner at Baker Hostetler LLP and Regional Counsel for Holcim (US) Inc.

J. Alexander Johansson has served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Business Unit General Manager for Durable Metal Solutions since November 2025. He joined Greif in 2013 and served as a regional Operations Director in EMEA and as Global Vice President for Intermediate Bulk Containers within the Polymer segment.

Kimberly A. Kellermann has served as Chief Operations Officer of Greif since November 2024, assuming additional responsibility for Global Supply Chain in January 2025. She joined Greif in 2017 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations Group, and as vice president of operations at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals.

Matthew B. Leahy has served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Business Unit General Manager for Innovative Closure Solutions since November 2025. He joined Greif in 2018 and previously served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Investor Relations, after asset-management roles at hedge funds including Point72 and FrontPoint Partners.

Gustavo H. Libanio has served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Business Unit General Manager for Customized Polymer Solutions since November 2025. He joined Greif in November 2018 and previously served as Vice President and General Manager for Latin America and for Global Industrial Packaging across the Americas.

Vidhya S. Sriram has served as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Greif since October 2025. She joined Greif in January 2008 and progressed through Treasury Analyst, Manager, and Director roles, after earlier positions at JPMorgan Chase.

Michael J. Taylor has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Greif since May 2022 and serves as the Company's chief accounting officer. He was previously Director of Financial Reporting and Internal Controls and spent more than five years in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Gary R. Martz served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Greif and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. He retired from the Company on November 30, 2025.

Patrick G. Mullaney served as Senior Vice President, Chief Business Unit Officer of Greif and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. His position was eliminated on September 30, 2025; his compensation was paid in GBP and converted to USD at an exchange rate of 1.26.
