Bala V. Sathyanarayanan has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Greif since July 2021, having joined as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2018. From January 2017 to October 2018 he was executive vice president, human resources, North American Operations, for the Xerox Corporation.
Prior to Xerox he served for more than five years in various human resources roles at Hewlett-Packard Inc.
