Kimberly T. Scott has been an independent director of Greif since 2022 and serves on the Compensation and Nominating Committees. From October 2021 to March 2025 she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vestis Corporation (formerly Aramark Uniform Services), and since March 2025 has operated KDT Strategic Advisors, LLC, advising private equity companies.
She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Terminix Global Holdings, President of Rubicon Global Holdings, and in various leadership roles at Brambles Limited, including President of CHEP North America.
