Jillian C. Evanko has been an independent director of Greif since 2024 and serves on the Audit Committee. Since January 2025 she has served as President and CEO of Duravant LLC, a global provider of automation solutions for the food processing and packaging industries.
From June 2018 to January 2025 she was President and CEO of Chart Industries, Inc., after serving as its CFO and Chief Accounting Officer, and earlier held finance leadership roles at Truck-Lite, Dover Corporation, Sony, Honeywell and Arthur Andersen.
