Brenda L. Reichelderfer Chair of the Board

Brenda L. Reichelderfer has served as a director of Federal Signal since October 2006 and was named Chair of the Board effective April 22, 2025, having previously served as Lead Independent Director from April 2019 to April 2025. She currently serves on the boards of Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG-A) since January 2016 and privately held Tribus Aerospace since November 2017, and until May 2008 was Group President, Senior Vice President and Corporate Director of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of ITT Inc. She brings deep expertise in growing industrial and aerospace businesses, operations, innovation and new product development.

Katrina L. Helmkamp has served as a director of Federal Signal since November 2023 and chairs the Governance and Sustainability Committee, effective April 22, 2025, while also serving on the Audit Committee. She served as CEO of Cartus Corporation, the global relocation services subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate, from 2018 until her retirement in January 2023, and previously led Lenox Corporation and SVP Worldwide. She has been an independent director of IDEX Corporation (NYSE: IEX) since 2015 and is currently its Non-Executive Chair, and also serves as an independent director of KPMG, LLP.

Richard A. Maue was appointed a director of Federal Signal on February 26, 2026 and serves on the Audit Committee. Since January 2013 he has served as CFO of Crane Company (NYSE: CR), a manufacturer of highly engineered components for mission-critical aerospace, defense, space and process industry applications, and was promoted to Executive Vice President in February 2023. He joined Crane in August 2007 as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and earlier worked at Paxar Corporation, Protiviti, Inc. and Arthur Andersen.

Shashank Patel Director

Shashank Patel has served as a director of Federal Signal since October 2021 and chairs the Audit Committee, effective April 22, 2025, while also serving on the Governance and Sustainability Committee. He retired as CFO of Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: WTS) on December 31, 2025, a position he had held since July 2018, and remains a consultant at Watts. Prior to Watts he spent a combined 21 years globally at Xylem Inc. and ITT Corporation in finance, operations and engineering leadership roles.

Jennifer L. Sherman has served as President and CEO of Federal Signal and as a director since January 1, 2016. An employee of the company since 1994, she previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2014 to December 2015 and in Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel roles before that. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: FELE), where she has been Chair since May 2025 and a director since January 2015.

Mark D. Weber was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Federal Signal in January 2018, upon rejoining the company after four years at Supreme Industries, Inc. He served as President and CEO of Supreme from May 2013 until its sale to Wabash National Corporation in September 2017. Prior to joining Supreme, Mr. Weber worked for 17 years as an executive within Federal Signal's Environmental Solutions Group, including a decade as Group President.

Earlier she was an attorney with Jenner & Block in its litigation department from 1990 to 1996 and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cornelia G. Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
