Per federalsignal.com, Shashank Patel chairs Federal Signal's Audit Committee and serves on the Governance and Sustainability Committee. He retired as CFO of Watts Water Technologies, Inc. on December 31, 2025, a position he had held since July 2018, and previously spent a combined 21 years globally at Xylem Inc. and ITT Corporation.
He graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and received an MBA from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
