Brenda L. Reichelderfer has served as a director of Federal Signal since October 2006 and was named Chair of the Board effective April 22, 2025. She previously served as the company's Lead Independent Director from April 2019 to April 2025 and continues to serve on the Compensation and Benefits Committee and the Governance and Sustainability Committee.
Until May 2008, she held a series of senior roles at ITT Inc., a global engineering and manufacturing company, including Group President, Senior Vice President and Corporate Director of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer. She brings extensive expertise in growing industrial and aerospace businesses, operations, innovation, new product development and international business.
