Dollar General Corp Leadership

Mr. Calbert joined the private equity firm KKR & Co. L.P. in January 2000 and was directly involved with several KKR portfolio companies until his retirement in January 2014, leading KKR's Retail industry team. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Randall's Food Markets and worked as a certified public accountant and consultant with Arthur Andersen Worldwide. He served as Dollar General's Chairman of the Board from January 2016 until February 2026 and has been a director since 2007.

Ms. Chadwick most recently served as Senior Advisor of Insulet Corporation (September 2025 to February 2026) and previously as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pitney Bowes Inc. She joined General Electric Company in 1993 and spent 28 years there in various financial leadership roles, including President and CEO of GE Capital Global Legacy Solutions. She has served as a Dollar General director since 2022 and brings significant financial and risk management expertise to the Audit Committee.

Mr. Hicks has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited since March 2020, having previously led Canadian Tire Retail and served as Group Senior Vice President, Consumer Products & Retail Experience. He brings over 25 years of senior leadership experience in large-scale, complex retail and consumer businesses. He was identified as a director candidate by a third-party search firm and is a nominee for election at the 2026 annual meeting.

Mr. McGuire has served as Executive Chairman of Jump Plus Stores ULC since June 2024 and previously as Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Service Center Canada, Ltd. (Mobile Klinik). He retired from McKinsey & Company in August 2017 after serving as a leader of its global retail and consumer practice for almost 28 years. He has been a Dollar General director since 2018.

Mr. Rowland has served as Dollar General's Chairman of the Board since February 2026. He served as Executive Chairman of Accenture plc from September 2019 to September 2021, and previously as its Interim Chief Executive Officer and its Chief Financial Officer. He has been a Dollar General director since 2023 and brings deep financial, risk management and technology expertise.

Ms. Sandler has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of La Grenade Group, LLC since September 2015 and founded Mavis Foods, LLC. She was previously employed for seven years with Mars, Inc., including as Chief Health and Wellbeing Officer and President, Chocolate North America, and held senior leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo. She has been a Dollar General director since 2020.

Mr. Santana has served as Chief Executive Officer of Recteq Grills since June 2022 and previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Harman International Industries. He also served 16 years at PepsiCo, Inc. in multiple international and domestic marketing leadership roles. He has been a Dollar General director since 2018 and brings approximately 30 years of marketing experience.

Ms. Scarlett has served as Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, of Best Buy Co., Inc. since December 2024, having joined Best Buy in 2014 and held various leadership roles. She brings significant human capital, retail, operations and senior leadership experience to the Board. She has been a Dollar General director since 2024.

Mr. Bryant has served on Dollar General's Board of Directors since 2009. On January 28, 2026, he informed the Company that he will retire from the Board effective upon the expiration of his current term at the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders. His decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.

Mr. Vasos has served as Dollar General's Chief Executive Officer since October 2023, when he returned after previously serving as CEO from June 2015 to November 2022. He joined Dollar General in December 2008 as Executive Vice President, Division President and Chief Merchandising Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2013, and has served on the Board since June 2015. On March 20, 2026, the Board approved his succession by Jerry W. Fleeman effective January 1, 2027, after which Mr. Vasos is expected to serve as Senior Advisor and remain a Board member.

On March 20, 2026, the Board of Directors approved the hiring of Jerry W. “JJ” Fleeman, Jr., age 52, to succeed Todd J. Vasos as Chief Executive Officer, expected to be effective January 1, 2027. He has more than 35 years of experience in grocery retail, spanning strategy, business development, retail operations, marketing and merchandising. Since April 2023 he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ahold Delhaize USA, Inc. and a member of the Ahold Delhaize Management Board, and from May 2018 to April 2023 was President and Chief Commercial/Digital Officer of Peapod Digital Labs.

Mr. Lau has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 2025. Prior to rejoining Dollar General, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Zaxby's Franchising LLC from July 2023 to October 2025, and previously held roles of increasing responsibility within Dollar General's Finance organization, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Strategy Officer. Before joining the Company in 2017, he served in financial planning, investor relations and corporate strategy roles at Yum! Brands, Inc.

Ms. Taylor has served as Chief Operating Officer since November 2025, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer from September 2020. She joined Dollar General in 1998 and held roles of increasing responsibility in investor relations, financial planning and analysis, merchandise planning, pricing and merchandising operations before her promotion to Vice President, Pricing & Merchandise Data Optimization, in March 2011.

Ms. Herrmann has served as Executive Vice President, Store Operations, since February 2025, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Store Operations and Senior Vice President, Channel Innovation. Prior to joining Dollar General she served in roles of increasing responsibility with Delhaize America, including several positions with Food Lion.

Ms. Reardon has served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer since August 2020. She joined Dollar General as Director, Human Resources in September 2009 and was promoted through several human resources leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer in May 2019. Prior to joining Dollar General she held human resources positions of increasing responsibility at Centex and various roles with Carrier Corporation.

Ms. Taylor has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel since March 2015. She joined Dollar General as an Employment Attorney in March 2000 and was subsequently promoted to Deputy General Counsel, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining Dollar General she practiced law with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., focusing on labor law and employment litigation.

Mr. Wenkoff has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since July 2017. He previously served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Franchise World Headquarters, LLC (“Subway”) and owned a Subway franchise. He also served as Chairman and Co-President of the Retail Gift Card Association and in various legal positions, including General Counsel with Pivotal Corporation.

Mr. West has served as Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain, since September 2023. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Distribution; Vice President, Perishable Growth and Development; and Vice President, Process Improvement. Prior to joining Dollar General he was a consultant with Kurt Salmon Associates.

Mr. Wheeler has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer since November 2025 and has more than 40 years of merchandising, operations and planning experience. He joined Dollar General as Vice President, Division Merchandise Manager in July 2006 and was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager in October 2017. Prior to joining Dollar General he spent over 20 years at Kmart in various store and corporate roles of increasing responsibility.

Ms. Elliott has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2015, having joined Dollar General as Senior Vice President and Controller in August 2005. Prior to joining Dollar General she served as Vice President and Controller of Big Lots, Inc. and of Jitney-Jungle Stores of America, Inc. She practiced public accounting for 12 years, six of which were with Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Dilts served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dollar General until her resignation, which was effective August 28, 2025. On July 11, 2025, she informed the Company of her decision to resign to pursue another opportunity. She remained a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.

Mr. Deckard served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development, of Dollar General until the Company eliminated his position effective November 12, 2025. His last day of employment with the Company was November 12, 2025, and he remained a named executive officer for fiscal 2025.
