Mr. Santana has served as Chief Executive Officer of Recteq Grills, a pellet grill company, since June 2022, and previously as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Harman International Industries, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
He also served 16 years at PepsiCo, Inc. in multiple international and domestic marketing leadership roles, and brings approximately 30 years of marketing experience across technology and consumer packaged goods categories.
