Julie Sweet has served as Accenture's chief executive officer since September 2019 and became chair of the Board of Directors in September 2021. She previously served as Accenture's chief executive officer for North America from 2015 to 2019 and as the company's general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer from 2010 to 2015, having joined Accenture in 2010 after ten years as a partner at the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. She is a Trustee of the World Economic Forum and leads a company that serves clients in more than 120 countries.

Martin Brudermuller is the former chief executive officer and chairman of the board of executive directors of BASF SE, the global chemical company, a role he held from 2018 to 2024 after serving as chief technology officer (2015-2021) and vice chairman (2011-2018). He joined Accenture's Board in 2024, serves on the Audit Committee, and also chairs the supervisory board of Mercedes-Benz Group. He holds a master's degree and doctorate in chemistry from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Alan Jope is the former chief executive officer of Unilever plc, the multinational consumer goods company, where he served as CEO and a board member from 2019 to 2023 after leading its Beauty & Personal Care division and various regional businesses over a career that began in 1985. He joined Accenture's Board in 2023 and serves on the Finance Committee (becoming its chair upon the 2025 Annual Meeting) and the Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Edinburgh University.

Nancy McKinstry is the chief executive officer and chair of the executive board of Wolters Kluwer N.V., the global professional information and software company, a role she has held since 2003 and from which she is set to retire in February 2026. She joined Accenture's Board in 2016, chairs the Compensation, Culture & People Committee, and also serves on the boards of Mondelez International and Abbott Laboratories. She holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Columbia University.

Jennifer Nason spent nearly four decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co., most recently as Global Chair of Investment Banking from 2012 to 2025 and previously as Global Head of Technology, Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking. She joined Accenture's Board in 2025 and serves on the Compensation, Culture & People and Finance Committees, and also sits on the boards of Rio Tinto and Dodge & Cox Funds. She holds degrees in economic history, political science and commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Paula A. Price is a veteran finance executive who served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Macy's from 2018 to 2020, a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, and CFO of Ahold USA, following controller and chief accounting officer roles at CVS Caremark. She joined Accenture's Board in 2014 and serves on the Audit and Compensation, Culture & People Committees, and is a director of Mondelez International, Warner Bros. Discovery and Bristol Myers Squibb. She is a certified public accountant who began her career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Venkata (Murthy) Renduchintala is the former chief engineering officer and president of the Technology, Manufacturing and Systems Architecture Group at Intel Corporation, where he served from 2015 to 2020, after senior roles at Qualcomm, Skyworks Solutions and Philips Electronics. He joined Accenture's Board in 2018 and serves on the Audit and Finance Committees, and is a director of First Solar. He holds a Ph.D. in digital communications from the University of Bradford, England.

Arun Sarin is the former chief executive officer of Vodafone Group plc, which he led from 2003 to 2008, and has held senior roles at Accel-KKR Telecom, InfoSpace and AirTouch Communications as well as serving as a senior advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. He joined Accenture's Board in 2015, serves as Independent Lead Director, chairs the Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee, and is a director of The Charles Schwab Corporation, Cerence and Ola Electric. He holds MBA and engineering degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tracey T. Travis served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Estee Lauder Companies from 2012 to 2024, and was previously CFO of Ralph Lauren Corporation and held senior finance roles at Limited Brands, American National Can and PepsiCo. She joined Accenture's Board in 2017, chairs the Audit Committee, serves on the Finance Committee, and is a director of Meta Platforms and Hyatt Hotels. She holds an industrial engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Columbia University.

Masahiko Uotani is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Shiseido Co., Ltd., which he led from 2014 to 2024, and previously served as chairman and president of Coca-Cola (Japan) and held marketing roles at Kraft Foods and Lion Corporation. He joined Accenture's Board in 2025, serves on the Finance Committee, and is a director of Seiko Corporation. He holds an MBA in marketing from Columbia Business School.

Jaime Ardila is an independent director of Accenture and, during fiscal 2025, served as chair of the Finance Committee and as a member of the Audit and Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committees; the Board has determined he qualifies as an audit committee financial expert. Accenture disclosed that Mr. Ardila is not standing for re-election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. His fiscal 2025 director compensation totaled $420,953.

Melissa Burgum became Accenture's chief accounting officer in September 2022 and has served as corporate controller since September 2021, having previously been assistant corporate controller and controller for Accenture Federal Services. Before joining Accenture she held controllership roles at two public companies and was an auditor and consultant for Arthur Andersen. She has been with Accenture for 12 years.

Kate Clifford became Accenture's chief leadership and human resources officer in September 2025, after serving as chief human resources officer for the Americas and, before that, for North America. Earlier she was Accenture's North America human resources service delivery lead. She has been with Accenture for 27 years.

Atsushi Egawa became co-chief executive officer for Asia Pacific and chief executive officer for Japan in September 2024, having served as Accenture's market unit lead in Japan since 2015 and previously leading its Products industry group and Consumer Goods business in Japan. He was integral in opening Accenture's Innovation Hub in Tokyo and has partnered with numerous global clients on digital transformations. He has been with Accenture for 36 years.

Kate Hogan became Accenture's chief operating officer in September 2025, after serving as chief operating officer for the Americas and for North America, and as Accenture's US West lead. She has held chief operating officer responsibilities for North America since as early as March 2020. She has been with Accenture for 27 years.

Mauro Macchi became chief executive officer for EMEA in September 2024, after leading Accenture's market unit for Italy, Central Europe and Greece and serving as Strategy & Consulting lead for Europe. Earlier he held a series of Financial Services leadership roles in Europe and served as global Banking industry lead for Strategy. He has been with Accenture for 35 years.

Angie Park became Accenture's chief financial officer in December 2024, succeeding KC McClure, after serving as Business and Commercial Finance lead and as CFO for the Technology business. She previously led Accenture's investor relations function from 2016 to 2022 and served as finance director for Health & Public Service. She has been with Accenture for 29 years.

Ryoji Sekido became co-chief executive officer for Asia Pacific and chief executive officer for Asia Oceania in September 2024, after serving as Technology lead for Growth Markets and as Technology and Cloud First lead for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. In earlier roles he led several industry and technology teams and served as Financial Services client service group lead for APAC. He has been with Accenture for 33 years.

Manish Sharma became Accenture's chief strategy and services officer in September 2025, after serving as chief executive officer for the Americas, chief executive officer for North America, and chief operating officer of the company. He earlier led Accenture's Operations business as group chief executive and held global operations and business process outsourcing leadership roles. He has been with Accenture for 30 years.

Joel Unruch became Accenture's general counsel in September 2019 and has served as corporate secretary since June 2015, and briefly served as chief compliance officer. He joined Accenture in 2011 as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary, overseeing ventures & acquisitions and alliances & ecosystems for the legal group, after serving as corporate counsel at Amazon.com and as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He has been with Accenture for 14 years.

John Walsh became chief executive officer for the Americas in September 2025, after serving as Accenture's chief operating officer from 2023 to 2025 and as chief strategic accounts and global sales officer. He earlier served as group chief executive for Communications, Media & Technology and as senior managing director for that group in North America. He has been with Accenture for 39 years.
