Julie Sweet is chair and chief executive officer of Accenture. She became CEO in September 2019 and assumed the additional position of chair in September 2021. She previously served as CEO of Accenture's business in North America (its largest geographic market) and, before that, as the company's general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for five years, having joined Accenture in 2010 after a decade as a partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Beyond Accenture she serves on the World Economic Forum Board of Trustees, on the Board of Trustees of Bridges from School to Work, and is Board Co-Chair of both the New York Jobs CEO Council and Welcome.US.
