Kate Clifford is Accenture's chief leadership and human resources officer, responsible for helping Accenture's 750,000-plus people be their best professionally and personally, and is a member of the Global Management Committee. She and her team support Accenture's strategy to become the most client-focused, AI-enabled, great place to work in the world.
Over nearly three decades at Accenture she has held leadership roles across client delivery, global centers of expertise and human resources, most recently as Americas CHRO, where she led the design and implementation of a new operating model.
