Kate Hogan is Accenture's chief operating officer, responsible for leading corporate operations, executing the company's business strategy, protecting its infrastructure and ensuring operational excellence, and is a member of the Global Management Committee. She works closely with Chair and CEO Julie Sweet to set business strategy and drive total enterprise reinvention.
She has more than 25 years of experience providing strategic planning, operations management, IT and BPO services to leading companies, and previously served as Americas Chief Operating Officer, where she led operating-model changes and chaired Americas investment committees.
