Atsushi Egawa is Representative Chairman of Accenture Japan and Co-CEO of Asia Pacific, and a member of Accenture's executive committee. He joined Accenture in 1989 and has more than 35 years of experience supporting client transformation across manufacturing, telecommunications, high technology, materials and energy, finance and public services.
Under his leadership Accenture has championed digital innovation in Japan, expanding its innovation network including the Accenture Innovation Hub and AI Center in Tokyo. He also serves as a trustee of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives and is a member of the Board of Councilors of Sumitomo Life Insurance Company.
