Mr. Rogers has served as Chief Executive Officer of Truist and Truist Bank since 2021 and as Chairman of the Board of Truist and Truist Bank since 2022, having previously been President and Chief Operating Officer (2019-2021). He brings more than 40 years of tenure at Truist and its heritage companies, including service as Chairman (2012-2019) and Chief Executive Officer (2011-2019) of SunTrust Banks, Inc., and was a former representative on the Federal Advisory Council of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Mr. Skains is Truist's Lead Independent Director and the incoming Chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee, bringing strong independent oversight and extensive corporate governance expertise to the Board. He is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Inc. (2003-2016), now part of Duke Energy Corporation, and currently serves on the boards of Duke Energy Corporation and National Fuel Gas Company.
Ms. Banner brings extensive accounting, tax, and financial reporting experience from 22 years practicing as a certified public accountant, along with deep insight into financial services from prior service on the boards of First Vantage Bank, First Virginia Banks, Inc., and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta-Nashville branch. She is a Consultant with special appointment to the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business and Executive Director of its Management Forum, and serves as an Industry Research Fellow at MIT CISR.
Mr. Boyer has served as Chief Executive Officer of GlobalWatch Technologies, Inc., a privately-held business intelligence, cybersecurity, information assurance, governance, and compliance firm, since 2004. He brings significant experience with accounting, finance, information technology, cybersecurity, and data analytics, and previously served as Senior Advisor and Director of Global Development Alliance for USAID and as Chairman and CEO of TROY Systems, Inc.
Ms. Bundy Scanlan brings over 30 years of legal, governance, and government affairs experience, including service as the Northeast Regional Director of Supervision Examination at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (2015-2017). She is President of The Cambridge Group LLC, a regulatory advisory firm, and previously served as Chief Regulatory Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer at a number of banks and financial services firms.
Mr. Clement is President and Chief Financial Officer of Cox Enterprises, Inc. (since 2022), having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cox Enterprises (2015-2022) and in senior financial leadership roles across Cox Automotive, Autotrader Group, and Cox Communications. He brings extensive audit, accounting, and financial reporting experience as well as broad enterprise risk oversight, including responsibility for information technology and cybersecurity.
Ms. Haynesworth is the former Sector Vice President and General Manager of the Cyber and Intelligence Mission Solutions Division for Northrop Grumman Corporation's Mission Systems Sector (2016-2019), bringing enterprise risk management expertise and a deep background in cybersecurity governance and large-scale system development. She also serves on the public-company boards of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., Micron Technology, Inc., and Eastman Chemical Company.
Ms. Morea is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adesso Group, LLC, which provides consulting and advisory services with an emphasis on strategic growth opportunities (since 2012), and an Operating Executive of The Carlyle Group (since 2016). She previously served as President, U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific of CGI Technology Solutions, Inc., bringing significant risk oversight and information technology experience to the Board.
Mr. Patton brings extensive executive leadership and oversight experience from serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Virginia First Savings Bank (1979-1997), a publicly traded financial institution. He is currently consultant and managing member of Patton Holdings, LLC, a real estate holding company, and PATCO Investments, LLC, which emphasizes specialty lending and equity participations.
Mr. Pruzan is Co-President of Pretium Partners, LLC, an alternative investment manager (since 2023), and brings three decades of financial services, banking, and capital markets expertise. He held senior executive roles at Morgan Stanley over nearly 30 years, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (2021-2023) and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (2015-2021).
Mr. Stein is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Asset & Wealth Management, at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (2022-2023), with over 27 years of leadership across operations, finance, and technology at that firm. He was a member of Goldman Sachs's Management Committee (2018-2023) and previously served as its Chief Administrative Officer and in roles including Global Head of the Operations Division and CFO of the Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Tanner is the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, bringing comprehensive oversight of enterprise finance including capital structure, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls, and compliance. He steered the finance function at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics through an extended period of sustained growth and currently serves on the board of American Tower Corporation.
Mr. Maguire serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Truist. Under his leadership, Truist delivered a strengthened financial foundation with clearer alignment among the long-range strategic plan, annual operating plans, and capital deployment decisions, and he advanced a more integrated capital, liquidity, and funding framework while modernizing the Company's control, reporting, and risk-execution environment.
Ms. Lesher serves as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Wholesale Banking Officer of Truist. She delivered substantial progress in the strategic repositioning of Commercial and Corporate Banking, including the launch of six industry verticals and expansion of sales teams, and continued to embed operating rigor, sales discipline, and technology-enabled scale across the wholesale platform.
Mr. Wilson serves as Chief Consumer and Small Business Banking Officer of Truist. Under his leadership, CSBB delivered growth across its portfolio supported by momentum in national consumer lending platforms, drove scaled and integrated digital capabilities to deepen client engagement, and strengthened client acquisition with another year of net new checking account growth.
Mr. Bender serves as Chief Risk Officer of Truist. Under his leadership, Truist strengthened its risk execution and governance foundation, advanced enterprise-wide programs at an accelerated pace, developed and implemented a new enterprise risk management framework, and championed efforts such as the rollout of an integrated AI governance and oversight framework.
