Bruce L. Tanner is an independent director and an Audit Committee financial expert. He brings comprehensive oversight of enterprise finance, including capital structure, financial planning, treasury, internal controls and compliance.
He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation, a role he held from 2007 to 2019, and served as EVP and Strategic Advisor in 2019. He steered the finance function at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and, before that, held various roles across the corporation beginning in 1982.
