K. David Boyer, Jr. is an independent director with a background spanning technology, cybersecurity and financial services. He gained relevant financial-services experience through prior service as chair of Truist's Trust and Executive Committees and more than 11 years on Truist Bank's local advisory board in Washington, D.C.
He is Chief Executive Officer of GlobalWatch Technologies, Inc., a privately held business-intelligence, cybersecurity and compliance firm he founded, a role he has held since 2004. He previously served as Senior Advisor and Director of the Global Development Alliance for USAID, and as Chairman and CEO of TROY Systems, Inc.
