George R. Bravante, Jr. has served as a Sabre director since 2014 and chairs the Audit Committee, where he is designated an audit committee financial expert. He is the founder and president of Bravante Farm Capital, a farmland investor, and co-founder and managing member of the general partner of Bravante-Curci Investors, an investment firm focused on California real estate. Earlier in his career he was CEO of American Real Estate Group, President and COO of Colony Advisors, and CFO of RMB Realty, and began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Whinney.

Herve Couturier has served as a Sabre director since 2017 and chairs the Technology Committee. He is Managing Partner of Kerney Partners, a consulting firm specializing in software, and previously spent more than 40 years in technology, including as Executive Vice President and Head of R&D at Amadeus and senior technology roles at SAP AG, beginning his career as an engineer at IBM. He has served on numerous technology company boards, including SimCorp, Sportradar, Kyriba and Syspro.

Kurt Ekert has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Sabre since April 2023 and as a director since 2023, having joined the company as President in January 2022. Before Sabre he was President and CEO of Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) from 2016 to 2021 and Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Travelport Worldwide from 2010 to 2015, with earlier travel-industry roles at Gulliver's Travel Associates, Cendant, Orbitz and Continental Airlines. He serves on the boards of PASSUR Aerospace and ZYTLYN Technologies.

Eric Kelly has served as a Sabre director since 2025. He is founder and Chairman of Bridge 2 Technologies and has more than four decades of managerial and operational experience across the technology sector, including as Chairman and CEO of Overland Tandberg and Sphere 3D and President and CEO of Overland Storage and Snap Appliance. He was appointed by President Obama to a federal advanced-manufacturing advisory committee and serves on the board of Guardian Life Insurance.

Gail Mandel has served as a Sabre director since 2020 and is the non-executive Chair of the Board, chairing the Executive and Nominating and Governance Committees. She is Managing Director of Focused Point Ventures and previously served as President and CEO of Wyndham Destination Network, having earlier been that division's COO and Wyndham's CFO. A CPA (currently inactive), she is designated an audit committee financial expert and serves on the board of Hilton Grand Vacations.

Damian McKay has served as a Sabre director since 2026. He is CEO of Vela Software Group, an operating division of Constellation Software, where he has overseen the acquisition of more than 150 software companies across numerous verticals, and was previously CEO and Managing Director of Datamine Software Limited. He has served on the Advisory Board of Constellation Software since 2025 and on the boards of numerous Datamine, Vela and Constellation entities.

Phyllis Newhouse has served as a Sabre director since 2021. She is founder and CEO of Xtreme Solutions, an IT services and cybersecurity firm, and previously spent 22 years in cybersecurity and intelligence with the U.S. Army. She founded ShoulderUp, a nonprofit supporting women entrepreneurs, and was the first woman to win the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the technology category.

Elaine Paul has served as a Sabre director since 2024. She has held CFO roles at Lyft, Amazon Studios and Hulu and has more than 30 years of finance and strategy experience at large global technology companies, including corporate-development leadership at Disney. She serves on the board of Marqeta.

John Scott has served as a Sabre director since 2020 and chairs the Compensation Committee. He is founder and Chairman of Park House, a private social club, and a Senior Advisor to TPG and KSL Capital Partners, with 25 years of consumer-facing leadership in travel and hospitality including as President and CEO of Belmond and of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. He previously served on the board of Cedar Fair Entertainment.

Ashan Willy has served as a Sabre director since 2025. He is CEO of New Relic, a software-analytics SaaS company, since 2023, and previously served as CEO of Proofpoint, where he had earlier led its security product and services group. His background spans sales, engineering, product management and go-to-market strategy across companies including Polycom, Juniper Networks and WebEx (Cisco Systems).

Michael Randolfi is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sabre, having joined the company in 2022. He previously served as CFO of BFA Industries, Adtalem Global Education, Groupon and Orbitz Worldwide, and spent fourteen years at Delta Air Lines in financial roles culminating in Senior Vice President and Controller. He holds an MBA from Emory University.

Jennifer Catto is Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Sabre, having joined the company in 2025. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer and Interim Product Officer at Travelport Worldwide and as Chief Marketing Officer at Telaria, with earlier roles at Evolve Media, Travelocity and Conde Nast.

Roshan Mendis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Sabre since 2020, having previously served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Travel Network business and in senior roles across Sabre's international markets, as well as President of Travelocity and Zuji. In February 2026 he notified Sabre of his intent to leave to accept an external position and was expected to depart in the second quarter of 2026, continuing as Senior Advisor in the interim. He earned an MBA from Rice University.

Garry Wiseman is President, Product and Engineering of Sabre, a role to which he was promoted effective February 19, 2026 after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer since 2023 and Chief Product Officer from 2022. He joined Sabre in 2022 from Nautilus, where he was Chief Digital Officer, and previously held senior digital and product roles at Dell Technologies and Salesforce.

Scott Wilson served as Executive Vice President of Sabre and President of Hospitality Solutions and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. His employment terminated on July 3, 2025 following the closing of Sabre's sale of its Hospitality Solutions business. In connection with the sale he received a one-time cash bonus contingent on consummation of the transaction.
