Ms. Paul has served in executive finance roles at Lyft, Amazon Studios and Hulu, including as CFO of Lyft, and has more than 30 years of finance and strategy experience at large global technology companies.
At Amazon Studios she led the valuation of MGM Studios that resulted in Amazon's $8.45 billion acquisition of MGM, and during her tenure as CFO of Hulu the company more than tripled subscribers and revenues. Earlier she led corporate development at Disney, including Disney's original investment in Hulu.
