Mr. McKay is CEO of Vela Software Group, an operating division of Constellation Software, where since September 2020 the group has acquired more than 150 software companies across verticals including mining, oil and gas, travel, healthcare and financial services.
He previously served as CEO and Managing Director of Datamine Software Limited, which he led through its acquisition by and integration with Vela in 2015. He has served on the boards of numerous Datamine, Vela and Constellation entities.
