Judith Sim has served on Fortinet's Board of Directors since June 2015 and as Lead Independent Director since April 2024, and she chairs the Human Resources Committee.
She held various customer-related and marketing positions at Oracle Corporation from 1991 to April 2020, including as Chief of Staff to the Office of the CEO and as Chief Marketing Officer from 2005 to April 2020. She has served as a director of First Advantage Corporation since June 2021 and DataStax, Inc. since June 2021, and previously served on the board of Enterprise 4.0 Technology Acquisition Corp. She holds a B.S. in dietetics from the University of California at Davis.
