Kenneth A. Goldman has served on Fortinet's Board of Directors since October 2020 and chairs the Audit Committee. He was President of Hillspire LLC, a family office management company, from September 2017 to April 2022, and Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo! Inc. from October 2012 to June 2017.
Earlier, Mr. Goldman was Fortinet's own Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from September 2007 to October 2012. He has served on the PCAOB's Standing Advisory Group and Investor Advisory Group and on the Financial Accounting Standards Board's primary advisory group. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
