Equinix Inc leadership

Nanci Caldwell has served as an Equinix director since December 2015 and has been a corporate director since 2005. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of PeopleSoft (2001-2004) and held various senior and executive sales and marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard in Canada and the U.S. (1982-2001). She currently serves on the board of Procore Technologies and previously served on the boards of CIBC, Citrix Systems and Donnelley Financial Solutions.

Gary Hromadko has served as an Equinix director since June 2003 and is currently a private investor. He previously served as a Venture Partner at Crosslink Capital, a venture capital firm, from 2002 to 2017, and has served on the board of Carbonite. His skills and experience include data center / digital infrastructure, cloud/XaaS experience, finance and capital markets, and M&A.

Rebecca Kujawa has served as an Equinix director since November 2025 and is the Founder and CEO of Zerra Partners (since August 2025). She previously served as President and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources (February 2022-May 2025) and as Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NextEra Energy, Inc. (March 2019-February 2022), along with various management roles at NextEra Energy Resources from 2007 to 2019. She chairs Equinix's Audit Committee and has served on the board of XPLR Infrastructure.

Dr. Yanbing Li has served as an Equinix director since August 2025 and is the Chief Product Officer of Datadog (since August 2024) and a Limited Partner at Operative Collective (since May 2019). She previously served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurora (July 2021-August 2024), VP of Engineering and Product at Google Cloud (June 2019-July 2021), and held various management roles at VMware from 2008 to 2019, most recently as Senior VP and GM of the Storage and Availability business unit. She has served on the board of NeoPhotonics.

Thomas Olinger has served as an Equinix director since January 2023 and has been a corporate director since 2022. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Prologis (2012-2022) and Chief Integration Officer (2011-2012), Chief Financial Officer of AMB (2007-2011, now part of Prologis), Vice President and Corporate Controller of Oracle (2002-2007), and an Audit Partner at Arthur Andersen & Co. (1988-2002). He currently serves on the board of American Assets Trust and is an Audit Committee financial expert.

Christopher Paisley has served as an Equinix director since July 2007 and as Lead Independent Director since February 2012. He has been the Dean's Executive Professor of Accounting at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University since 2001, previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise 4.0 Technology Acquisition Corporation (2021-2023) and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of 3Com (1985-2000). He currently serves on the boards of Ambarella and Fastly.

Sandra Rivera has served as an Equinix director since October 2019 and has been a corporate director since 2025. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Altera, an Intel Corporation (2024-2025), and held various roles at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2023, including leading the Network Platforms Group, serving as Chief People Officer and most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center and AI Group. She chairs the Talent, Culture and Compensation Committee.

Fidelma Russo has served as an Equinix director since June 2022 and is Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hybrid Cloud (since 2023) and Chief Technology Officer (since 2021) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Cloud Services Business Unit at VMware (2020-2021) and held various senior leadership roles at Iron Mountain, Inc. (2017-2020), including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President. She has served on the board of SBA Communications and chairs Equinix's Technology and Strategy Committee.

Adaire Fox-Martin has served as Equinix's Chief Executive Officer and President since 2024 and has been a director since January 2020. Before joining Equinix she was President of Google Cloud Go to Market (2023-2024) and Head of Google Ireland (2021-2024), and held various roles at SAP from 2008 to 2021, including Executive Board member of Global Customer Operations, President and Chief Operating Officer. She earlier held various management roles at Oracle Corporation (1989-2007), most recently as Vice President Government Education and Healthcare.

Charles Meyers has served as Equinix's Executive Chairman since 2024 and has been a director since September 2018. He previously served as Equinix's Chief Executive Officer and President (2018-2024), President of Strategy, Services and Innovation (2017-2018), Chief Operating Officer (2013-2017) and President of Equinix Americas (2010-2013), and earlier held various positions at VeriSign (2006-2010). He currently also serves on the board of Fastly.
