Gary Hromadko has served as an independent director of Equinix since June 2003. He sits on the Finance Committee, the Growth Capital Committee and the Technology and Strategy Committee.
He currently works as a private investor. Previously, he was a Venture Partner at Crosslink Capital, a venture capital firm, from 2002 to 2017.
His expertise spans data center and digital infrastructure, technology depth and customer perspective, cloud/XaaS, finance, capital markets and accounting, M&A, and product and platform management. He has previously served on the public company board of Carbonite.
