Nanci Caldwell has served as an independent director of Equinix since December 2015, where she sits on the Nominating and Governance Committee and the Talent, Culture and Compensation Committee.
She has worked as a corporate director since 2005. Earlier in her career, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of PeopleSoft from 2001 to 2004, and previously held various senior and executive sales and marketing roles in Canada and the U.S. at Hewlett-Packard from 1982 to 2001.
Her board experience spans technology, customer perspective, executive leadership, M&A, global perspective, go-to-market and human capital. In addition to Equinix, she currently serves on the board of Procore Technologies, Inc., and has previously served on the boards of CIBC, Citrix Systems and Donnelley Financial Solutions.
