David W. Dorman has served on Dell Technologies' board since September 2016 and is a Founding Partner of the private investment firm Centerview Capital Technology. He was Chairman and CEO of AT&T Corp. from 2002 to 2005 and earlier led Concert Communications Services and Pacific Bell. He is a director of PayPal Holdings (Independent Board Chair since February 2026) and previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of CVS Health. He sits on Dell's Nominating and Governance Committee.

Egon Durban has been a Dell Technologies director since the company's October 2013 going-private transaction and is Co-CEO of the global technology investment firm Silver Lake, which he joined as a founding principal in 1999. Before Silver Lake he worked in Morgan Stanley's investment banking division. He currently serves on the boards of TKO Group Holdings and Unity Software, and previously sat on the boards of VMware, Twitter, Motorola Solutions, Qualtrics and Endeavor Group.

David Grain joined Dell Technologies' board in September 2021 and is the founder and CEO of Grain Management LLC, a private equity firm focused on the media and communications sectors. He previously served as President of Global Signal and as a Senior Vice President at AT&T Broadband, and spent the 1990s in financial services at Morgan Stanley. He is a director of Southern Company and New Fortress Energy and serves on Dell's Audit Committee.

William D. Green has served on Dell Technologies' board since September 2016, having previously been a director of EMC Corporation before its acquisition by Dell. He was Chairman of Accenture from 2006 to 2013 and the firm's CEO from 2004 to 2010. He is a director of S&P Global and previously co-led GTY Technology Holdings. He chairs Dell's Audit Committee.

Ellen J. Kullman is Dell Technologies' Lead Independent Director and has served on the board since September 2016. She is Executive Chair of the 3D-printing company Carbon, Inc., where she was previously President and CEO, and earlier served as Chair and CEO of DuPont from 2009 to 2015. She is a director of Amgen and The Goldman Sachs Group and chairs Dell's Nominating and Governance Committee.

Steven M. Mollenkopf joined Dell Technologies' board in September 2023 and was Chief Executive Officer of Qualcomm from 2014 to 2021, having started there as an engineer more than 25 years earlier and risen through President and COO roles. He is a director of The Boeing Company and its Independent Board Chair since March 2024, and serves on Dell's Compensation Committee.

Lynn Vojvodich Radakovich has served on Dell Technologies' board since April 2019 and advises start-up and growth-stage technology companies. She was Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Salesforce from 2013 to 2017 and previously a partner at venture firm Andreessen Horowitz, with earlier marketing leadership roles at Microsoft and BEA Systems. She is a director of Booking Holdings, Ford Motor Company and Figma, and chairs Dell's Compensation Committee while also serving on the Audit Committee.

Michael S. Dell is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dell Technologies, having served as CEO of Dell Inc. from 1984 until 2004 and again since January 2007, and as a director of the current holding company since its October 2013 going-private transaction. He also runs the family investment firm DFO Management (formerly MSD Capital), chairs the BDT & MSD Advisory Board, and established the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation in 1999. He previously chaired VMware (until its 2023 acquisition by Broadcom) and SecureWorks (until its 2025 acquisition by Sophos).

Jeffrey W. Clarke is Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Dell Technologies, responsible for day-to-day operations and directing the Infrastructure Solutions Group, the Client Solutions Group and global manufacturing, procurement and supply chain. He joined Dell in 1987 as a quality engineer, has been Vice Chairman since September 2017, and previously worked as a product engineer at Motorola. He was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026.

David Kennedy has served as Chief Financial Officer of Dell Technologies since September 2025 (interim) and on a permanent basis since November 2025, overseeing accounting, financial planning, tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate development and Dell Financial Services. He joined Dell in 1998 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Global Business Operations, Finance and as CFO of the Client Solutions Group. He was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026.

Richard J. Rothberg has served as General Counsel and Secretary of Dell Technologies since November 2013, overseeing the global legal department, government affairs, compliance, ethics and global security. He joined Dell in 1999 and held regional legal leadership roles across EMEA, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Before Dell he spent nearly eight years at Caterpillar and was earlier an attorney for IBM Credit Corporation and the law firm Rogers & Wells. He was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026.

William F. Scannell has served as President and Chief Customer Officer of Dell Technologies since January 2026, after leading Global Sales and Customer Operations from 2020. He began his career as an EMC sales representative in 1986 and rose to President, Global Sales and Customer Operations at EMC before its 2016 acquisition by Dell. He is a director of Snowflake and serves on the advisory board of IonQ, and was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026 (as President, Global Sales and Customer Operations).

Yvonne McGill served as Chief Financial Officer of Dell Technologies and was a named executive officer for Fiscal 2026. She resigned as CFO effective September 9, 2025 and terminated employment with the company on October 31, 2025. She was succeeded by David Kennedy.

Jennifer D. Saavedra, Ph.D., is Chief Human Resources Officer of Dell Technologies, leading the global Human Resources and Facilities function. She joined Dell in 2005 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Sales and for Talent and Culture. Before Dell she was a human resources consultant to private and public companies.

Geraldine Tunnell has served as Chief Marketing Officer of Dell Technologies since March 2024, responsible for global marketing strategy including brand, creative, media, demand intelligence and corporate communications. She joined Dell in 2005 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Field and Partner Marketing. Before Dell she was a management consultant at CapGemini Ernst & Young.

Peter Trizzino has served as President, Global Sales of Dell Technologies since January 2026, overseeing Sales, Presales and the global partner ecosystem. He previously led Global Sales Modernization & GTM and North America Sales, and joined EMC in 2000 in various sales and leadership roles. He began his career at Xerox.
