Andrew Snyder is the non-executive Chair of Clarivate's Board and has served as CEO of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), a family-owned investment firm, since 2003. He built ProQuest LLC into a leading academic information and software provider before CIG sold it to Clarivate in December 2021, and earlier spent seven years at Goldman Sachs focused on media, technology, and services private equity.

Jane Okun Bomba has served as President of Saddle Ridge Consulting since January 2018 and previously spent 2004 to 2017 at IHS Markit, most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer overseeing HR, marketing, communications, sustainability, and investor relations. She chairs Clarivate's Human Resources & Compensation Committee, serves on boards including Brightview Holdings, and was earlier a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kenneth Cornick co-founded Clear Secure, Inc. (CLEAR) in 2010 and served as its President and, at various times, Chief Financial Officer until March 2025. He was elected to Clarivate's Board in July 2025 and chairs its Audit Committee, bringing significant experience in corporate finance, governance, and operations.

Usama N. Cortas is a Partner with Leonard Green & Partners (LGP), where he serves on the firm's Investment and Operating Committees, having joined in 2003 after working in Morgan Stanley's investment banking division. He chairs Clarivate's Finance Committee and was nominated to the Board pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement entered into in connection with the acquisition of CPA Global.

Suzanne Heywood is Chief Operating Officer of Exor N.V., a global holding company, a role she has held since November 2022 after joining Exor in 2016. She previously was a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, chairs the boards of CNH Industrial N.V. and Iveco Group N.V., and was nominated to Clarivate's Board pursuant to the March 2024 investment agreement between Clarivate and Exor.

Adam T. Levyn is a Partner with Leonard Green & Partners, which he joined in 2011 after roles at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Bear, Stearns & Co. He serves on the boards of several LGP portfolio companies and was nominated to Clarivate's Board pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement tied to the CPA Global acquisition.

Anthony Munk is Vice Chairman of Onex Corporation, which he joined in 1988, and chairs Onex Partners' Private Equity Investment Committee. He served as Clarivate's Lead Independent Director from May 2020 to October 2022 and sits on the Audit and Finance Committees.

Wendell Pritchett, Ph.D., is the Riepe Presidential Professor of Law and Education at the University of Pennsylvania and previously served as the university's Interim President in 2022 and Provost from 2017 to 2021. He chairs Clarivate's Nominating & Governance Committee and also serves on the boards of Toll Brothers and 26North BDC.

Saurabh Saha, M.D., Ph.D., served as Chief Executive Officer of Centessa Pharmaceuticals from January 2021 to January 2026 and brings over 20 years of experience in the health and life sciences field. He was previously Senior Vice President of R&D and Global Head of Translational Medicine at Bristol Myers Squibb and sits on Clarivate's Human Resources & Compensation Committee.

Matti Shem Tov has served as Clarivate's Chief Executive Officer since August 2024 and joined the Board that month. He previously led ProQuest LLC as CEO from 2017 to 2022 (including for a period after Clarivate's 2021 acquisition of ProQuest) and Ex Libris Ltd. from 2003 to 2017, and served as an operating partner at Lone View Capital.

Michael Easton was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Clarivate effective August 8, 2026, having joined the company in June 2022 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Accounting Officer. He brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior roles at IHS Inc. and IHS Markit and more than 14 years at Ernst & Young, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jonathan M. Collins joined Clarivate in December 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, leading the global finance organization. He previously served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Dana Incorporated from 2016 to 2021 and as Senior Vice President and CFO of ProQuest from 2013 to 2016. Clarivate disclosed that he resigned from the CFO role effective August 7, 2026.

William Graff joined Clarivate in February 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, overseeing IT services and critical technology infrastructure, and brings over 35 years of experience leading large-scale global technology teams. He was previously Chief Information Officer for Oracle Cerner and was voted ORBIE Kansas City CIO of the Year in 2021.

Henry Levy joined Clarivate in May 2023 as President, Life Sciences & Healthcare, leading solutions for life sciences and healthcare customers, and brings over 30 years of industry experience. He previously held several roles at Veeva Systems from 2016 to 2023, most recently President, Global R&D and Quality, and earlier was Chief Commercial Officer at PPD, Inc.

Maroun S. Mourad joined Clarivate in September 2025 as President, Intellectual Property, leading the company's IP data, software, and services business. He previously held senior roles at Verisk Analytics from 2015, most recently leading its Claims Solutions division. Clarivate disclosed that he would depart the role effective June 9, 2026, remaining in a non-executive advisory role through September 30, 2026.

Bar Veinstein joined Clarivate in April 2023 as President, Academia & Government and brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in enterprise and cloud software, AI, and analytics. He was previously CEO of A.A.A. Taranis Visual Ltd. and, before that, President of Ex Libris Group, now part of Clarivate.

Gordon Samson served as President, Intellectual Property and was a named executive officer of Clarivate for 2025. He departed the Company on December 31, 2025, with his last day in the role on September 7, 2025, and his departure was without cause.

Melanie Margolin served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer and was a named executive officer of Clarivate for 2025. She departed the Company on March 21, 2025, with her last day in the role on February 28, 2025, and her departure was without cause.

Simon Webster was appointed President of Clarivate's Intellectual Property segment effective June 10, 2026, succeeding Maroun Mourad. He most recently served as Group CEO of Vistra (2022 to 2025) and earlier held senior roles at CPA Global from 2000, serving as its CEO from 2015 to 2021 before CPA Global's 2020 sale to Clarivate.

John Doulamis is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Clarivate, overseeing the company's global legal affairs, governance, risk, privacy, and compliance functions; he joined Clarivate in March 2024 as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He previously was Deputy General Counsel for IHS Towers and Chief Counsel, Corporate & Securities at IHS Markit, and began his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
