Usama N. Cortas is a Partner with Leonard Green & Partners, L.P. (LGP), a private equity firm, where he serves on the Investment Committee and Operating Committee; he joined LGP in 2003.
Before LGP he worked in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division in New York from 2000 to 2003. He chairs Clarivate's Finance Committee and was nominated pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement tied to the CPA Global acquisition.
